Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Can I return my order?
- Yes, If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included.
- Any product which has a manufacturing defect will be exchanged within 10 days of our sales. If we don’t have stock for that particular order the payment of that order will be refunded in next 7 - 10 business days.
- LXRY Museo reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
- Returned items must not be washed, Items purchase in offers will not liable to return or exchange, We do not accept returns of Clearance items.
2. How do I return products to LXRYmuseo.com?
a) OPTION A
It's a simple 2 step process:
i) Please write to us at email@example.com from your registered email ID along with your order ID & registered phone number so that our customer service team may assist you.
ii) In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) OPTION B
It's a simple 1 step process:
i) Fill out the Return Form shipped to you with the order, follow the instructions on the form, our customer service team may assist you.
3. Do I get charged for returning products?
- We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us.3
4. How will I be refunded for the return?
- Once we verify your returned order, we will initiate the refund to your account however it should take 7 - 10 business days.
